For those who would like to make up your icon, you can add awesome reflective icon on your iPhone using "ReflectiveDock" application through Cydia. Unfortunately, this application only custom and add reflective icon on your dock icon. It's mean, you can add reflective icon for four or five icon only. But it's still look great. See at the bottom of your right screenshot below.

Before you install reflective icon via Cydia you will need to add new sources to your Cydia if still don;t find the reflective dock in Cydia. The source you will need to add is: http://david.ashman.com/apt/. After your sources have refreshed, you will see that a new package has been added to your iPhone called Reflective Dock. If you are not clear how to add new sources you may see my post on how to add new sources for Cydia.

Launch Cydia > Select “Sections” at haptic menu > Select “Tweaks” category > and select “ReflectiveDock” or you can tap “Search” in Cydia and type “ReflectiveDock” > Select “install” button at the right top and confirm it to install.

Your Reflective Dock is still in the “unactive” condition. That's why your still can't see any changes to your four or five dock icon. To activate it, just launch Winterboard and it does two option on your WinterBoard. It is "No Dock Reflections" and Dock Reflections". Select “Dock Reflections”. Your WinterBoard will verify with mark symbol. Press "Home" button and you’ll then bring back to the locked screen. Unlock it and you’ll see a fresh new look of your iPhone.
